About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, pragmatic individual to manage the critical flow of our warehouse and distribution operations. This is a demanding role that sits at the intersection of customer service and logistics. You'll be responsible for ensuring our inbound and outbound shipments are perfectly timed while directing our forklift team to success.

Requirements

  • Comfortable managing TL, LTL, and international container schedules.
  • Detail-Oriented: You don't miss a digit on an invoice or a document in a shipping packet.
  • Pragmatic Problem Solver: You can make quick, sensible decisions in a busy, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule all inbound freight, including containers and full truckloads (TL).
  • Coordinate outbound orders across TL and LTL carriers.
  • Prioritize daily orders and provide clear direction to the forklift operators to keep the warehouse floor efficient.
  • Coordinate material transport to and from our third-party processing partners.
  • Proactively provide customers with all required shipping documentation and order updates.
  • Perform check deposits and audit freight invoices to ensure 100% billing accuracy.
