About The Position

The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with carriers. This role involves processing receipts, preparing shipments, generating documentation, and tracking logistics metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives within the Cubic Integrated Supply Chain business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cycle count processes.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and condition of goods received.
• Process goods receipts and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Investigate and report receiving discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations.
• Prepare customer shipments according to shipping instructions and delivery schedules.
• Generate shipping documentation, labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier paperwork.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight providers.
• Ensure compliance with company shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
• Track shipments and provide status updates as needed.
• Assist with scheduled cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Support corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Generate and analyze inventory, receiving, and shipment reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Track key logistics metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
