About The Position

As our Logistics Administrative Assistant in Tulsa, you'll coordinate vehicle logistics across our network, manage vendor partnerships, and drive process improvements that keep our operations running at peak efficiency. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring thousands of vehicles move seamlessly to the right place at the right time.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in an administration position
Strong Excel knowledge to manage data, track logistics, and analyze operations
Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver results consistently, and juggle competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with vendors and internal teams
Commitment to 40 hours per week in office
At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

Process invoices, schedule vendor meetings, and maintain strong partnerships that keep our logistics network running smoothly
Coordinate vehicle movements including new arrivals, sales, and recoveries across our fleet
Manage the transport team's shared inbox and respond to internal and external transportation requests
Maintain and organize purchase orders to ensure accurate tracking and documentation
Provide real-time updates on vehicle locations and movements to stakeholders and perform daily audits on open orders and fleet details
Facilitate logistics-related projects and support process improvements across the department
