This role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, including managing talent attendance, forecasting and planning for staging and loading, communicating with drivers, overseeing loading progress, and managing necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Associate/Bachelor degree in college.
• Having attention to detail.
• Get all employees on daily goal of receiving product and stacking away without damages, loading empty trailer with accuracy.
• Be a good listener & excellent communicator.
• It is utmost important to be an excellent communicator with previous shift managers for any change in plan for loading, staffing requests etc.

Responsibilities

• Check attendance of all talents and assign and lead group to finish daily objectives.
• Forecast and plan for staging & loading for daily based on inventory.
• Communicate and lead drivers to provide quality issue for inspection from bay.
• Oversee progress of loading by checking status of liveload / drop & hook trailers throughout day.
• Print necessary documents for checking in & out process (verifying trailer#, assigning and allocating loading ticket, printing BOL, gating out BOL).
• Implement and share daily inventory count at end of day.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to support the team and business objectives.
