About The Position
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and conducting nighttime desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail. This role operates within the Lodge Front Desk and reports directly to the front desk supervisor, or the Lodge Manager in their absence. The Night Auditor has the necessary support and authority to fulfill their responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Capability to learn and follow all Lodge Front Desk policies and Procedures accurately
- Positive attitude with guest satisfaction as primary goal
- Adequate computer skills to be able to learn and perform necessary department computer tasks (data entry and retrieval in hospitality system application.)
- Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required to operate the lodge front desk.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in an independent environment for entire shift.
- Ability to stand walk reach bend twist and kneeling.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and follow verbal or written instructions.
