About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting nighttime desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail, while providing excellent customer service to guests. This role requires the ability to work independently for the entire shift and involves various physical tasks related to operating the lodge front desk.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adequate computer skills to learn and perform necessary department computer tasks (data entry and retrieval in hospitality system application).
• Capability to learn and follow all Lodge Front Desk policies and Procedures accurately.
• Positive attitude with guest satisfaction as primary goal.
• Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required to operate the lodge front desk.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in an independent environment for entire shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, twist, and kneel.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and follow verbal or written instructions.
