About The Position

Join Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection, as a Lodge Guide (Bellman), serving as a first and last point of contact for guests. The role helps ensure arrivals and departures are smooth, welcoming, and memorable through prompt, courteous service, contributing to a seamless and sophisticated guest experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a valet or bellman.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Valid driver's license that meets the needs of the company's insurance carrier.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Valet or bellman experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage, provide property information, and create a warm, welcoming environment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station to keep vehicle flow organized and efficient.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including special requests and relevant details, to support timely retrieval.
• Coordinate guest requests with hotel departments and serve as a communication link to support smooth service delivery.
