About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Bellperson for the Remi Hotel, a 161-room Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Scottsdale's Entertainment District. The role provides guest luggage assistance and customer service while supporting a clean, safe, and orderly hotel entrance and lobby.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• One year of hotel bellperson experience is preferred.
• Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and transport it to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand-standard customer service.
• Explain hotel facilities, their locations and operating hours, and the hotel's fire exits and safety features to arriving guests.
• Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby when on duty and not assisting a guest.
• Keep the hotel entrance and lobby clean, including removing trash, mopping spills, sweeping, and emptying trash cans as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and mail to guests as needed.
• Maintain traffic flow at the front of the hotel.
• Ensure safety measures are followed in the assigned area.
• Be available to work on a regular basis.
