About The Position

Join Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection as a Lodge Guide (Bellman), serving as a first and last point of contact for guests. Provide prompt, courteous service to make arrivals and departures smooth, welcoming, and memorable, and contribute to a seamless, sophisticated guest experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a valet or bellman.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Valid driver’s license that meets the requirements of the insurance carrier.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Valet or bellman experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently, safely securing keys and any personal items left in vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and property information while providing attentive, courteous service and a warm welcome.
• Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station to maintain an organized, efficient flow of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including special requests and details needed for timely retrieval.
• Coordinate guest requests with hotel departments and serve as a communication link to support smooth service delivery.
