About The Position

RSMC Services is seeking experienced and dependable locum tenens dentists to provide high-quality patient care at an established general dental practice in Marshalltown, Iowa. The role offers a flexible schedule of 1 to 5 days per week and ongoing locum opportunities. Dentists provide routine exams, restorative dentistry, simple extractions, preventive care, and other general dentistry services.

The position offers a guaranteed daily rate of $1,100–$1,300, with housing and travel provided, including flights, rental car, and accommodations. Other support includes weekly direct deposit, fast credentialing that may allow a start in as little as 7 business days, administrative and compliance assistance, after-hours and weekend recruiter support, and malpractice insurance for each assignment. Temp-to-perm opportunities may also be available.
