About The Position

As a Localization Producer II at Riot Games, you are responsible for integrating global readiness into the lifecycle of Riot’s products and activations. Reporting to the Manager of Globalization Production, you operate at the intersection of Product, Development, Content Production, Localization, and Publishing. You ensure that features, campaigns, and experiences are globally viable from planning through release, balancing executional excellence with high-quality standards. Requirements

3-5+ years as a localization producer in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
Strong understanding of game development cycles and the technology that supports them.
Conversant in localization content management systems (CMS), version control, and media localization tools.
Strong knowledge of internationalization best practices and global localization pipelines.
Proven ability to simplify complexity and manage stakeholders across development and regional teams.
Comfortable working within Agile methodologies and applying them to localization workflows.
Experience working effectively with global, distributed teams and resolving conflicts in dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

Track record of successfully partnering with globally disparate teams/stakeholders
Experience supporting R&D titles
Chinese fluency is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner with Development and Product teams during intake to ensure internationalization and regional requirements are incorporated early.
Support development and content teams in building and maintaining sustainable globalization pipelines.
Manage the localization lifecycle from source handoff through release, ensuring launches are aligned across regions and platforms.
Advocate for cultural nuance and experiential consistency, balancing speed and scalability in partnership with product stakeholders.
Identify project-level risks across localization and compliance, developing mitigation plans and communicating impacts clearly to relevant partners.
Use data to illustrate issues, improve predictability, and reduce rework at the product level.
Maintain constant partner alignment by communicating project goals and status to senior leaders and regional teams.
