The Local Marketing Strategist is responsible for bringing Brightspeed’s local marketing strategy to life across priority markets, partnerships, community initiatives, local digital channels, and customer touchpoints. This role helps manage local marketing programs, track performance, and develop recommendations that strengthen market-level awareness, trust, consideration, and fiber adoption. This role translates local marketing priorities into scalable programs, operational processes, and internal communications that support acquisition, retention, reputation, and overall market growth. A key focus of this role is supporting Brightspeed’s Local Authority strategy, including local SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives that strengthen local discoverability, improve digital visibility, and support more efficient customer acquisition. This role also supports the Content team’s practical use of enterprise AI tools, including ChatGPT, to improve workflow efficiency, content development, reporting, presentations, and knowledge sharing.
