About The Position

We want to further connect hyper-locally with our hospitality customers and prospects in key cities in France, and ensure Lightspeed is top of mind when they think of their tech partner. That’s where you come in: you’ll be the ultimate connector, part event planner, part content creator, and part relationship manager, owning the local vibe and growth strategy from the ground up!

Requirements

  • Hospitality DNA: Experience and contacts in the hospitality world.
  • Scrappy Creator: Ability to film, edit, and write good-quality content solo using basic tools (Canva, Apple Suite (iMovie) or Google Suite), and use AI to supercharge workflow.
  • Your Office is the Streets: Enjoy being out of the office to connect with the audience in assigned cities.
  • Strategic & Independent: Self-starter who can identify and act on opportunities.
  • Sales-Minded Hustler: Instinctive understanding of the sales cycle and ability to track offline work's impact on online growth.
  • Event Diva: Experience in running events, ideally in hospitality.

Nice To Haves

  • CRM Wizard: Experienced in tracking campaign influence within tools like Salesforce, Looker, and Hootsuite.
  • UTM Master: Deep understanding of trackable links (UTMs for influencer content) and QR codes for event tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Map out and enlist our most respected existing customers to host events, attracting new prospects and key local industry influencers.
  • Identify and forge strong relationships with key prospects, influencers, and local entities to build a local network.
  • Ideate, run and measure the impact of high-vibe local gatherings, from quick morning breakfasts and working lunches to exclusive late-night networking.
  • Capture 'raw and real' customer stories in collaboration with the social team for social media and case studies.
  • Keep local Field sales materials fresh and armed with the latest data and compelling stories.
  • Partner closely with various internal teams including Integrated Marketing Managers, Field Sales, Account Managers, Product Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Partnership Marketing.
