About The Position
This local dedicated Class A CDL position is based in Montgomery, New York. Drivers deliver preloaded, no-touch freight from Montgomery to distribution centers and stores within a 250-mile radius, covering Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Routes are consistent, with the same locations visited each week, and involve minimal driving in New York City. Freight is live-unloaded at the customer. Drivers are home daily, and the truck stays at the account while they are off. Pay is activity-based and includes mileage, a daily rate, and stop pay. A limited-time $10,000 bonus is available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Drivers with SAP status are not eligible.
Responsibilities
- Deliver freight to distribution centers and stores across the Northeast within a 250-mile radius of Montgomery, NY.
- Follow consistent routes to the same locations each week.
- Handle live unloading at customer locations.
