About The Position

Drive dedicated appliance routes from the company’s Manteno, Illinois account, delivering to retail cross docks across Illinois, Iowa, and Michigan. Loads are preloaded and no-touch. The position offers semi-local runs with frequent home time. Drivers keep their assigned truck at the account while off duty, with no slip seating. Equipment includes International sleeper trucks and 53-foot containers with swing doors; automatic transmission only. Passengers are not allowed.

Pay is activity-based, including $0.82 per mile, safety bonus opportunities, $20 per hour for detention, $200 per day for holiday pay, $30 per live stop, and $15 per long drop-and-hook stop. Online orientation is paid, and new-hire training pays $200 per day. PTO is available from day one, and medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 30 days.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Drivers in the SAP program are not eligible.
• No passengers are allowed.
