About The Position

This is a local/regional driving role based out of the Walmart Distribution Center in Casa Grande, Arizona. Drivers complete routes within a 225-mile radius of the distribution center and return home daily. Freight is 100% no-touch, with live unloading handled by store receivers. Drivers use late-model, company-maintained day cabs with automatic transmissions in a daily slip-seat operation; trucks remain at the yard. Compensation includes Mileage Band Pay, guaranteed Stop Pay, and Detention Pay. Drivers typically manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
At least 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL driving experience.
Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and night or early-morning dispatches.
Reliable personal transportation for daily commuting to the Casa Grande distribution center; trucks must remain at the yard.
Must live within 50 miles of Casa Grande, Arizona.
Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
