About The Position

Hilton is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of hotel public spaces while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. The role includes cleaning designated areas, greeting guests and responding to their questions and service requests, assisting with guest room cleaning when needed, and completing periodic deep-cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated public areas, including public and team member restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and promptly resolve service requests.
• Assist with guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
