About The Position
As a Laundry Washer on the Hilton Hotels team, you help create memorable guest experiences by collecting and cleaning linens and supporting the hotel’s laundry operations. You gather and transport dirty linens, return empty bins to designated locations, maintain an orderly laundry workspace, wash specialty items, coordinate sending designated items to external services, and report equipment issues or safety hazards. You are also expected to follow hotel fire-safety, security, and health protocols. Responsibilities
- Collect dirty linens, transport them to the laundry area, and return empty bins to designated locations.
- Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Wash specialty items such as throws, pillow covers, robes, curtains, and other designated linens.
- Send designated laundry items to external services as needed.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Follow hotel regulations regarding fire safety, security, and health standards.
