As a LOB Risk Specialist Senior within PNC's Corporate & Institutional Banking Risk organization, you will be based in either Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH. As part of C&IB Risk Office Business Risk Orchestration, Identification & Lifecycle Management Team, you will be supporting the end-to-end business risk oversight and identification for the Corporate & Institutional Banking Organization. You will be responsible for risk identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring, as well as facilitation of strategic changes and transformation. Included are the execution and oversight for Business/Operations/Technology Resiliency, Technology & Information Security Risk Management, and Data Risk Management.   • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable.
  • Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.
  • Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.
  • Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
  • Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews).
  • May lead cross functional teams.
  • Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities.
  • Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution.
  • Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
