About The Position

Hunter is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Loaner Fleet Coordinator to oversee our dealership’s loaner vehicle program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment. As the Loaner Fleet Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience when using loaner vehicles, while also managing the scheduling, maintenance, and tracking of our fleet.

Requirements

  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with dealership software (training provided)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative, service, or automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and professionally explain the loaner vehicle process
  • Schedule, assign, and track all loaner vehicles
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, mileage, and service needs
  • Communicate effectively with the service department and customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet operations
