As a Loaner Rental Agent, you are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the customers receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third party, and manufacturer policies.

Requirements

Exceptional customer services skills
Ability to use a computer and associated software for fleet management
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Able to safely drive vehicles both automatic and manual transmission
Highly productive
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedure
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to work independently and to έτσι carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Ability to interact well with others

High School Diploma or equivalent; six months or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Associates (A.A) degree or equivalent; one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a customer service, retail or rental car company desired.

Responsibilities

Maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensuring customers receive and return courtesy loaner and rental vehicles in accordance with company, third party, and manufacturer policies.
Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Assisting in maintaining inventory to satisfy customer requests.
Ensuring loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies.
Documenting any required maintenance for returned vehicles.
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with other departments.
Filing documentation with insurance or state/federal agency.
Ensuring that customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets and tolls.
