About The Position

The Loan Servicing Specialist provides clerical support for mortgage, installment, and commercial lending. The role handles loan-file scanning, insurance and real estate tax administration, escrow analysis, paid-loan processing and mortgage discharges, final title policy tracking, ACH setup, and monitoring reports. The position also provides loan processing support as needed, follows Range Bank policies and procedures, and maintains a high level of confidentiality and cybersecurity awareness.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High proficiency with current technology, including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Some college education or a degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to mortgage, installment, and commercial lending.
• Scan loan files.
• Manage homeowners insurance.
• Manage flood insurance.
• Process paid loans and prepare mortgage discharges.
• Manage real estate taxes for escrow and non-escrow loans.
• Prepare annual escrow analysis.
• Track final title policies.
• Provide loan processing support as necessary.
• Set up ACH.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Adhere to Range Bank policies and procedures.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and cybersecurity awareness.
