About The Position

The Loan Servicing Indirect Specialist is responsible for performing all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document review, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance of loan packages received for funding. This role involves partnering with third-party vendors and agencies, reviewing and sending customer correspondence, and ensuring the accuracy of information. The specialist will provide excellent customer and business unit support service, maintain knowledge of job-specific products and services, and interact appropriately with other business units within the bank. They will also manage work queues/workflows as needed, support testing of new products and services, and identify and resolve customer service issues. Key responsibilities include performing all duties for the funding of indirect loans, meeting SLAs, partnering with vehicle specialists to ensure proper documentation for collateral, and providing support for uploading and post-closing of indirect loan servicing. Additionally, the role requires performing relevant administrative duties, reviewing departmental records and processes, ensuring the quality of work, and adhering to Northwest's policies, procedures, and Federal/State regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and other relevant computer applications is necessary. The role also emphasizes teamwork and working with on-site equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
