About The Position

The Loan Servicing Indirect Specialist is responsible for performing all duties required for the funding of indirect loans, including document review, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance of loan packages received for funding. This role involves partnering with third-party vendors and agencies, reviewing and sending customer correspondence, and ensuring the accuracy of information. The specialist will provide excellent customer and business unit support service, maintain knowledge of job-specific products and services, and interact appropriately with other business units within the bank. Additionally, the role requires managing work queues/workflows, supporting testing of new products and services, and identifying and resolving customer service issues. Key responsibilities include meeting SLAs, partnering with vehicle specialists to ensure proper documentation for collateral, and providing support to all areas of Indirect loan servicing, including uploading and post-closing. The specialist must also perform relevant administrative duties, review departmental records and processes, ensure the quality of work, and comply with Northwest’s policies and procedures, as well as Federal/State regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and other relevant computer applications is necessary. The role emphasizes teamwork and the ability to work with on-site equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency

Responsibilities
