About The Position

The Loan Services Team Leader is a subject matter expert who assists a Loan Services Supervisor in overseeing and supporting the daily activities of Loan Services personnel. The role provides guidance on complex loan issues, helps motivate staff and promote teamwork, and supports the timely completion and quality of work.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of work to ensure that all activities are completed and deadlines are met.
• Assist and support Loan Services personnel with daily activities.
• Provide guidance and assistance with complex loan issues to Loan Services personnel, lenders, assistants, and other bank personnel.
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet deadlines and maintain the quality and accuracy of completed work.
• Assist in training personnel.
• Aid the Supervisor in conducting meetings, employee reviews, counseling, teamwork, and mentoring.
• Discuss personnel issues with the Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
