About The Position
Become the trusted expert behind an exceptional consumer servicing experience. At ACNB Bank, Loan Services is the engine that keeps our lending operation running accurately, efficiently, and compliantly. We're looking for the person teammates turn to when they have questions about consumer loan operations, escrow administration, or insurance processing, while ensuring every loan detail is handled with precision. As the Loan Services Lead Specialist, you'll serve as the department's technical expert for consumer loan servicing, ensuring loans are serviced accurately, customers receive timely communications, escrow and insurance processes run smoothly, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. You'll also coach teammates, solve complex servicing issues, and partner with leadership to improve workflows and operational efficiency. Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in consumer loan servicing, escrow administration, insurance processing, or banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending operations, including loan servicing processes, escrow administration, taxes, insurance, and customer servicing.
- Experience interpreting loan documentation, researching servicing issues, and resolving complex operational questions.
- A passion for mentoring others and serving as a trusted resource for teammates
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with core banking systems; Fiserv DNA is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the department's technical expert by researching and resolving complex loan servicing issues while providing guidance and support to teammates.
- Help the team achieve service excellence by stepping in during high-volume periods to ensure loan boarding, maintenance, escrow administration, insurance processing, and other critical work is completed accurately and on time.
- Protect the integrity of our loan portfolio by reviewing daily operational reports, verifying loan data, monitoring variable rate changes, and ensuring servicing activities meet quality and compliance standards.
- Develop and mentor others by providing coaching, technical training, and onboarding support that strengthens the entire Loan Services team.
- Support continuous improvement by participating in system upgrades, testing new enhancements, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Partner across the bank with Lending, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues, support special projects, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support departmental leadership by assisting with reporting, administrative responsibilities, workflow coordination, and operational initiatives.
