About The Position
The Loan Servicer I is an entry-level position supporting daily loan servicing operations. The role includes processing loan transactions, maintaining accurate loan records, and providing professional customer service to borrowers and internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, communicates effectively, and enjoys working in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in loan servicing, banking, or financial services is preferred. The position reports directly to the Manager, Loan Servicing.
