About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access financing by listening to their needs and providing friendly, fast, and affordable service. The position involves supporting customers throughout the loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, and clearly explaining loan terms and optional insurance products. Specialists manage loan-related activities, including collections, while complying with applicable laws and regulations. The role is performed onsite, Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while achieving individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Present solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and customer options.
