About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain listen to customers’ needs and help them access financing for life’s expenses. The role involves serving customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, providing tailored financing solutions, managing loans and collections, and clearly explaining loan terms and optional insurance products. The position is on site, generally Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Meet customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement while achieving individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting solutions suited to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented drive to achieve results.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand their loans, terms, and options.
