About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions. The position is on site and follows Monday–Friday standard business hours, with extended hours during the week as needed and possible Saturday work. The role offers career paths toward leadership positions such as Branch Manager and District Manager through training and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Meet customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while achieving individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage loans through their life cycle, including collection activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments by phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented drive to achieve results.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options so customers understand them.
