About The Position

The role is performed onsite. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work. Team members may develop toward leadership roles such as Branch Manager and District Manager through training and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products and ensure customers understand their loans, terms, and options.
