About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain listen to customers’ needs and provide access to financing for life’s expenses. The role involves supporting customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to their needs, managing loan life-cycle activities including collections, and clearly explaining loan terms and optional insurance products. Specialists interact with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems. The position is on site and generally follows standard business hours Monday through Friday, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Present solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage loan life-cycle activities, including collections, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments using phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented attitude and drive to achieve.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options.
