Requirements
- 1+ years of recent experience in an inside sales position or similar fast-paced call center environment (Personal loans, Cellular sales, retention, collections, etc.)
- Highly motivated by a commission-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve sales pitch.
- Ability to learn CRM tools like Salesforce quickly while maintaining a professional, high-energy conversation.
- Ability to come into the office for a duration of training.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must live in Arizona.
- Ability to come into our Tempe, AZ office for a duration of training, then transitioning to hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales skills to influence and guide prospects through the loan application process, aiming to facilitate a short sales cycle.
- Manage a pipeline of active transactions, collect documents, and move applications through underwriting with speed and precision.
- Contact a high volume of warm leads via phone and email to identify customer pain points and explain how the personal loan product provides relief.
- Pace daily to meet weekly and monthly goals while building skills and maximizing income potential.
