About The Position
Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Indirect Lending Department is hiring a Loan Processor. The role processes loan applications and Retail Installment Contracts from dealerships selling automobiles, recreational vehicles (RVs), watercraft, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). It verifies loan contracts and income information, reviews supporting documentation, and funds loans while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements. The position is non-exempt and starts at $22.20 per hour; placement within the pay range depends on experience, organizational needs, and internal salary equity. The schedule is normally weekdays, though evenings, holidays, or weekends may be required. Overnight travel, with or without notice, may also be required. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience within financial services; applicable additional education or relevant certifications may qualify toward minimum experience requirements.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Knowledge of TFCU lending guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments and projects.
- Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.
- Incumbent Bonding is required by TFCU’s chosen authority.
- TFCU University certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in new accounts, lobby lending, or loan processing is preferred.
