About The Position
The Loan Portfolio Services Manager will oversee the Loan Portfolio Services personnel and administer loan disbursements. This role involves reviewing loan documents, title reports, legal documents, and UCC reports for completeness and accuracy. The manager will also work with customers to obtain necessary signatures, manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenant updates, and manage the ordering of appraisal and environmental reports. This is a full-time, exempt position with a nationwide work location and requires 0-10% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex legal documents.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.
