About The Position

The Loan Portfolio Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Loan Portfolio Services Personnel, administering loan disbursements, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of various loan-related documents. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and involves managing credit files, ordering reports, and working with customers to finalize loan documentation. The position is full-time, exempt, and reports to the Department Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex legal documents.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
• Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel
• Administer Loan Disbursements
• Review various loan reports
• Process data changes as needed
• Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy
• Review UCC reports
• Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents
• Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates
• Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports
