About The Position

Lending Hand Mortgage is seeking a highly organized, service-focused, and proactive professional to serve as our Loan Partner Lead, Training Coordinator, and Loan Officer Concierge. This unique role is responsible for supporting loan officers through training, onboarding, operational guidance, and day-to-day production support while helping drive consistency, efficiency, and communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others succeed, has strong mortgage industry knowledge, excels in training and coaching, and enjoys creating solutions that improve the loan officer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with LOS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience training or coaching mortgage professionals.
  • Previous experience as a Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, Operations Manager, or Loan Officer.
  • Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and Non-QM loan products.
  • Experience developing training programs and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for loan officers seeking operational support and guidance.
  • Assist loan officers with navigating company systems, processes, products, and resources.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, processing, underwriting, and operations teams.
  • Help troubleshoot loan file challenges and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure loan officers have the tools and resources necessary to maximize production and efficiency.
  • Promote a positive and service-oriented culture throughout the organization.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired loan officers.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, videos, and job aids.
  • Conduct individual and group training sessions on company processes, systems, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Assess training needs and recommend educational opportunities to support production growth.
  • Coordinate ongoing professional development initiatives and workshops.
  • Track training completion and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of loan partner support functions.
  • Establish and maintain workflow standards and service level expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist in creating standardized procedures to improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Support implementation of new technologies and operational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance productivity and loan quality.
  • Assist loan officers with pipeline management and workflow organization.
  • Provide guidance on loan structuring scenarios and internal process requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support company growth initiatives through coaching and operational support.
