Requirements
- Previous professional experience in a detail-oriented, operational, leadership, or management role
- Demonstrated leadership skills, whether through formally managing others or serving as a go-to resource and leader within a team
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Communicates clearly and works well with different teams

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review loan documentation for commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans
- Book, fund, and maintain loans with a high level of accuracy
- Support escrow processes, including disbursements for taxes and insurance
- Partner with lenders and internal teams to ensure timelines and documentation requirements are met
- Monitor loan files and accounts to ensure compliance and completeness
- Assist with reporting, account balancing, and process improvements
- Serve as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for team members and lending staff
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and help keep processes organized and moving forward
