Requirements

Establish, foster, and maintain strong working relationships with team members, Lending Operations Staff, and department managers.
Provide a high level of customer service when responding to internal departments to resolve problems or answer questions.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills; including telephone skills to interact professionally and effectively with members, staff, and others.
Strong time management and organizational skills needed.
Task-oriented, the ability to succeed with a daily routine.
A critical thinking problem solver with attention to detail.
A flexible positive attitude and the desire to do what is right for the member.
Proficient typing and calculator skills.
Ability to work under general supervision in a team environment.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

Performing all duties associated with consumer loans and credit card post-closing tasks.
Ensuring seamless communication with office loan staff to promote an efficient workflow.
Booking, servicing, and auditing indirect loans.
Presenting timely problem resolutions, with follow-up through to completion.
Processing vehicular accident, disability, and death insurance claims, as well as GAP protection claims.
Communicating effectively with members and insurance companies.
Cross-training with other loan operations staff to develop a well-rounded skill set and contribute to a service-oriented environment.
