About The Position

Integrity Home Lending is seeking Loan Officers who are ready to dominate the industry and are looking for a company that celebrates sales people. We are looking for loan officers who have a network they can leverage, are hungry to maximize Integrity Home Lending's lead sources, and see their paycheck soar. Experience working internet leads is a big plus, as are relationships with Realtors, Builders, and Accountants. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are a must. This is a full-time position for 5-star salespeople who want to work either in-office or remotely and earn $100K+ per year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, Pipeline Builders, Prospecting Pros, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself.
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working internet leads.
• Relationships with Realtors, Builders, and Accountants.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
