About The Position

Integrity Home Lending is hiring Loan Officers who are sales-driven, motivated, and eager to be well-compensated. The ideal candidate will thrive in a motivating team environment, demonstrate integrity, be open to new sales strategies, and possess a fearless will to win. Experience working with internet leads and building relationships with realtors, builders, and accountants is a plus. Strong customer service and follow-up skills are essential. This is a full-time position for high-performing salespeople who want to work either in-office or remotely and earn over $100K per year. The company is licensed in 13 states and provides leads, marketing, and a full benefits package.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales.
• Integrity, Disciplined, Fearless, Will to Win, and a desire to push to become a better version of yourself.
• Excellent cross-selling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with consumers, builders, and realtors.
• Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
• Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working internet leads is a big plus.
• Realtor, Builder, Accountant, relationships are helpful.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• 4-year degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Originate loans by working with internet leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and accountants.
