About The Position
Ripco Credit Union is seeking a motivated, member-focused Loan Officer to join its collaborative lending team. The role involves helping members achieve their financial goals by guiding them through the lending process, analyzing and processing applications, and making sound lending decisions. The Loan Officer provides exceptional service, develops lasting member relationships, and works in a collaborative, community-focused environment in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Partner with members to evaluate and process consumer loan applications.
- Analyze financial information to make informed lending decisions.
- Deliver exceptional member service throughout the loan process.
- Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
- Maintain strong member relationships while ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.
