Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA (all counties except DeKalb and Fulton), ID, IA, KS, MS, MO, MT, OK, TX, UT, and VA.
  • Real, meaningful sales experience (within the last 5 years) where you influenced buying decisions from start to finish, had ownership of your outcomes, handled objections, followed up with leads, earned the sale, built trust, tailored solutions, and closed the deal.
  • Seeking to establish and maintain a career as a salesperson.
  • Thrive working remotely and staying self-motivated.
  • Have succeeded in fast-paced or performance-based roles.
  • Bring a strong competitive drive and hunger to earn.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings.
  • Ability to learn quickly is essential.
  • Not comfortable and confident talking to customers on the phone.
  • Candidates without prior Loan Officer experience are preferred. Individuals with prior LO experience should not apply.

Nice To Haves

  • No mortgage experience is required.
  • College degrees are not required.

Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership.
  • Guide clients through the home loan process.
  • Work with hot/warm leads; no cold calling required.
  • Act as an elite closer, guiding qualified leads to the finish line.
  • Register with the NMLS (Neighbors Bank will help facilitate and cover the full cost).
