Requirements

  • Competitive, driven, and looking for a remote sales opportunity.
  • Real, meaningful sales experience ("hard sales") within the last 5 years.
  • Experience where you influenced buying decisions from start to finish.
  • Experience with ownership of outcomes, often tied to goals, metrics, or earnings/commissions.
  • Experience handling objections, following up with leads, and earning the sale.
  • Experience building trust, tailoring a solution, and closing the deal.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA (all counties except DeKalb and Fulton), ID, IA, KS, MS, MO, MT, OK, TX, UT, and VA.
  • Must not have prior Loan Officer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership.
  • Guide clients through the home loan process.
  • Work with hot/warm leads; no cold calling required.
  • Act as an elite closer, guiding qualified leads to the finish line.
  • Register with the NMLS (Neighbors Bank will help facilitate and cover the full cost).
