About The Position

loanDepot is hiring for its ACES Lending Officer training program, an opportunity to begin a career in consumer-direct sales with an industry-leading mortgage company. Trainees work closely with training and sales leadership with the goal of developing into Licensed Lending Officers. The role is based in Irvine, California, and requires full-time commuting to that location. Training is paid hourly at $16.90 per hour. Once licensed and working with customers, participants may receive a monthly per-origination bonus incentive. After training, participants move to the Licensed Lending Officer position, which has an hourly minimum wage plus a funding-based bonus structure; compensation for that position is shared at the time of transition. loanDepot provides company leads and leadership support. The company describes its benefits package as including medical, dental, and vision options, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and parental leave. loanDepot is an equal opportunity employer and states that it values diversity and does not discriminate on the listed protected grounds.
