About The Position

Performs a variety of administrative duties along with daily back-office loan functions, including assisting insurance vendors, providing support to the Bank’s lending staff with insurance matters, and performing flood reviews.

High school diploma or
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in using computer programs and/or desktop applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in lending, insurance, banking, or related financial environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides accurate and timely audit, processing and payment preparation of monthly invoicing. from service providers and Bank’s Insurance serving vendor.
Posts insurance refunds and waived
Prepares maintenance form to remove increased payment.
Facilitates communication between Bank’s lending staff and insurance
Responds to requests from Bank’s lenders and support
Generates accurate and timely weekly reports that will be provided to insurance
Generates the monthly report and remits the monthly VSI premiums to Insurance
Performs a regulatory, timely and accurate flood review on all loans when the collateral lies in a Standard Flood Hazard Area. Ensure compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program and Private Flood Insurance.
Handles customer calls and research items for problem resolution, escalating when necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
