About The Position

As a Loan Consultant at Fairstone, you will be instrumental in business growth by actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Your role involves understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate financial solutions and managing the entire sales process, both in person and virtually, from application to closing. You will build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service, while staying focused on individual and team sales goals. Additionally, you will perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value

• Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business
