About The Position

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions, managing the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing. Building strong relationships and earning trust through excellent service, while staying focused on individual and team sales goals, will be crucial. Additionally, you will perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.

Requirements

High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of their work experience to qualify for hire.

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset
