About The Position

Royal United Mortgage is hiring a Loan Advisor for an on-site role in Indianapolis. The employee-owned mortgage lender helps families make informed financial decisions. In this role, you will connect with clients by phone, understand their goals, and help them find mortgage options. The work emphasizes education and support throughout the process rather than simply selling loans. Previous mortgage experience is not required. Responsibilities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with leadership support.
