Loan Administration Representative
About The Position
The Loan Administration Representative supports Fidelity Bank’s commercial loan administration function by ensuring the timely and accurate onboarding, processing, coordination, and maintenance of commercial loan files. The role assists with loan processing, prepares and reviews closing documents, boards loans to the core system, monitors collateral and file completeness, and generates reports and correspondence, including commitment and adverse action letters. The representative works collaboratively across departments to ensure information flows smoothly, follows regulatory standards including HMDA, CRA, and ECOA, and supports risk management efforts. The position requires at least three years of commercial loan administration experience in a banking environment, a strong understanding of loan operations, compliance requirements, and collateral documentation, and service aligned with Fidelity Bank’s customer experience standards.
